Hello! I’m Phil
LCSW
I have been a licensed clinical social worker for over 20 years. I am amazed at the resilience and vigor of the human spirit. I have worked with clients from 2 to 92 and I am amazed at what obstacles and barriers my clients have overcome. I am consistently amazed at how they have chosen to and managed to thrive amidst histories of trauma and hardship.

Welcome to the next phase of your life! My name is Phil and I am honored to be your guide in healing and transformation. I will help you heal from past traumas, overcome obstacles, manage mental health & substance abuse issues and grow to become the person you have always wanted to be. I have had the privilege of serving as a Therapist in a variety of settings for the past 20 years. I enjoy working with adolescents (12+), adults and couples. I offer individual therapy, group therapy, life coaching and video therapy.
I am trained in DBT, CBT and TA Therapy. My approach is to provide a deep level of empathy and understanding and to energize clients to embrace change. Plus, I use creative and innovative experiential approaches to treatment including, guided imagery, music and play.
